FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS 


Is all the gear included? Yes, bcd, regulator, mask & fins are included. You may bring your own. Wet suits are for rent.
Are you a dive shop? We are a dive organization that uses several boat operators in Cancun and Cozumel, the service we provide is PRIVATE, we offer divers a choice of paying the same for not diving with other divers with more or less scuba diving experience, there may be other groups on board but you dive ONLY with your party and our staff and only what you wish to dive, we do not force specific dive packages, we let divers design their own dive package. We offer dives on 56ft. and 33ft. boats, depending on weather, number of divers etc. THE PRIVATE SERVICE IS PROVIDED WHEN RESERVED AHEAD OF TIME, and if booked up you may also dive with our staff on small groups.

Are the boats insured? Do you bring O2 on board? Yes, the dive boats we use, in Cancun, Cozumel area have to comply with requirements from the Harbor Master to obtain a Certificate of Maritime Security, these requirements include insurance for all divers, life vests, radio, a first aid kid, and yes always bring Oxygen on board.

How do I get there? Transportation for Cozumel and Caverns is included, for Cancun Diving, buses charge 8.50pesos they run up and down the boulevard. Pick up may be arranged for you upon request. We arrange transportation for Airport, Private Tours to archeological sites or parks.

Can I rent the boat for my private dives, can I make special arrangements for special celebrations? Sure, we can provide a private experience, diving, fishing, snorkeling or a ride, for special occasions are welcome.

Tips included? Every one who provides a service or work on the operations of services, work for Tips, if you receive a service that was up to your expectations, a 10 to 15% is suggested.

Cancellations or No Shows, cancellations minimum 24hrs. in advance will be offered to reschedule dives, or a refund. Less than 24hrs. are issued a credit to dive another time. We cancel in case of acts of nature, the harbor master closing the port due to bad conditions for diving.
